This course is delivered fully online and self-paced, giving you the flexibility to study around work and personal commitments, with trainer support available when you need it, not just at set times.
You should allow approximately 23 hours per week for structured self-paced study and assessment activities. This is a guide only and may vary depending on your experience and study pace.
Trainer support is available throughout your enrolment. You can access support via weekly live chat or virtual meetings, where needed, and additional assisted study sessions can be booked if you require extra help or guidance.

Entry Requirements
We are committed to helping you achieve the best possible outcome. To support your success in this course, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrolment.
- Complete a pre-training review, where we:
- Discuss your goals and reasons for undertaking the course.
- Assess your Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills to ensure you meet the required ACSF levels. This may be done via an online quiz, or by considering your previous qualifications/study.
- Check your digital literacy skills, to ensure you can:
- Access and complete assessments online
- Record and upload videos
- Use webcams and video conferencing for assessment tasks
- Have access to the following:
- A modern computer with reliable high-speed internet
- Microsoft Office (or equivalent software)
- A device with audio/video recording and playback capability (e.g. a smartphone, tablet, or camera)
- Have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) – If you don’t have one yet, we can help you register.
If any additional support needs are identified through the pre-training review, these will be discussed with you prior to commencing the course. Where required, an Individual Support Plan (ISP) will be implemented to provide appropriate and ongoing support.
