Complaints and Appeals Form

At Industry Currency, our students are our number one (1) priority. We strive to ensure the student experience is the best it can be.

However we dont always get it right. If at any stage you are unhappy with any aspect of your course, then we want to hear from you. The form below will allow you to tell us what happened and how we can fix it.

Complaints and appeals will be finalised as soon as practicable or at most within 10 working days unless there is a significant reason for the matter to take longer. In matters where additional time is needed you will be advised in writing of the reasons for this, and will be updated on the progress of the matter until such a time that the matter is resolved.
